Mercury phone cards

The UK telecoms market, dominated by BT, was liberalised in the early 1980's and soon the second operator (Mercury, part of Cable and Wireless) built a network of distinctive blue phone boxes on streets around the UK. Later that decade in 1988, some wonderful phone cards were produced and were collected the world over. After the mid nineties no more were produced.
